RENTAL CAR
Don’t forget to reserve your rental vehicle prior to your repair date! Hazelwood Body & Fender will gladly assist you with this process!
Helpful Tips:
- To ensure rental availability, it is imperative that you communicate with the respective Rental Company prior to dropping your vehicle off for repairs.
- A valid photo I.D and credit card is needed, and a security deposit may be required by the Rental Agency
- Insurance Customers: Insurance companies will only cover rental expenses while your vehicle is at a repair facility being worked on. Obtaining a rental prior to your vehicle being dropped off, or keeping the rental after your vehicle has been complete may result in additional rental charges at the customers expense.
- When your vehicle is completed, Customers are welcome to drop Rentals off at our shop in lieu of taking them back to the branch and seeking transportation back to our shop.
Please Note: Although we are unable to provide you with on-site Rental service, we DO have a great working relationship with many Rental Partners- This allows us to facilitate an expedited pickup from our shop direct to the rental branch. From there, you will provide necessary documentation/signatures and payment, preform a vehicle walk-around, finalize paperwork and be on your way!
